How to Pre-order?

How does it work?

We have some stock, but when we display on the title of the product [Pre-order] that means that we are out of stock, it’s a special collection or can be customized.

Usually, we take up to 15 days to make it and deliver (it all depends on the product), on the description box we will place the lead times, so you don’t worry if your product doesn’t arrive on time.

Here are some pre-order times:

• P12: 3 days + shipping (depending on your location up to 5 days)
• T12: 3 days + shipping (depending on your location up to 5 days)
• Leather Cream: 3 days + shipping (depending on your location up to 5 days)
• E12: 3 days + shipping (depending on your location up to 5 days)
• B12E: 10 days + shipping (depending on your location up to 5 days)
• A12: 10 days + shipping (depending on your location up to 5 days)

When do you ship?

We will ship as soon as we have the product if we finish before the lead time we will send it right away!

When do I know the product has been sent?

You will be notified via e-mail once your purchase is on the way.
