Lifetime Warranty

One of our primary focus is on quality and stress-free products. We are compromised with you to let you have the best experience with mogi.

Our Leather products have a lifetime warranty that applies:

1. from the day you bought it,
2. when used in normal conditions,
3. when used for the purpose our products have been created for.

This warranty covers faults in materials and craftsmanship process, leather and other material products can get out of shape or stress the stitching if overstuffed (volume and weight).

Our warranty doesn’t apply if the product damaged is caused by unreasonable use/cleaning or neglect, normal wear and tear, or if you change your mind.

45 days return&exchange

You have 45 days after delivery for return & exchange; all items must be returned in original condition and the original packaging (unused) when applying to:

1. it’s not what I order,
2. it has flaws,
3. I changed my mind,
4. it was a gift, and I wish to change it.
